It’s time to reconnect

Your body knows the truth.

It knows how powerful you are.

It knows that you’re a magical beast in the shape of a human.

Maybe you feel that sometimes, but the world we live in is designed to make you doubt yourself and disconnect. It often feels easier to slip on a mask and perform the part that’s expected of you.  Abandon your deepest truths just to smile nice and get along.

To be unapologetically yourself is dangerous to the status quo.

Knowing how to trust yourself implicitly is a rebellion. It’s a way to remember your wholeness. It’s a way to reclaim yourself and draw your power back. Especially if you live in a body that’s marginalised within the oppressive systems of capitalism, patriarchy and white supremacy.

Your body can be a site of liberation.

You body can be the place that you become untamable.

Your body can be where you return to yourself and discover that you already have the answers you’re seeking.

This is The Intensive

A three-month container held for you to shed old skins and transform, with breathwork, rest, and magic making as your guides.

These embodiment practices were the keys that helped me knit the disparate parts of myself back into a coherent whole. They can be the keys for you too.

They open a doorway to –

✹ Trusting yourself implicitly and feeling unshakeably at home in your body

✹ Being able to stay centred, hold your own, and navigate your nervous system, even in the middle of big life changes, chronic pain, or anxiety

✹ Unlearning urgency and starting to move at a pace that honours your unique rhythms and cycles

✹ Shifting out of deeply entrenched patterns of internalised patriarchy, dominance culture, and capitalism so you can create new ways to be in the world

✹ Exploring gender expression, queerness, and shamelessly becoming your truest self

✹ Developing a deeper connection to your intuition, your magic, and your connection to aliveness

✹ The capacity to feel your feelings, release stuckness, and be present in your days so that you can live a life more vibrantly alive

✹ A sense of coherence and clarity in your self-expression, creative work, and the way you move through the world generally

All of you is welcome here.

The Intensive is a space for you to take up space and be lovingly witnessed. An opportunity to be held and supported as you practice expanding and unravelling, finding out what lies beneath the masks you’ve been wearing.

It’s where you can untangle yourself from all the stories of who you should be, and liberate who you really are.

This is deep transformative work, and the path is different for each person.

We’ll bring together science and spirituality, nervous system regulation and energy work. You’ll learn to cultivate safety for yourself and expand beyond what you thought possible, revel in joy and take radical responsibility for yourself. You’ll deepen your relationship with the wisdom of your body and come into a relationship with mystery.

This is bespoke guidance, tailored to you. Together we’ll create rituals and resources that you can come to again and again. Practices to stay with yourself, no matter what life brings.

  • As a fat, chronically ill, neurodivergent human I often bump up against bias and ableism in embodiment spaces but you held a really inclusive container. You adapted and affirmed where I was at.

  • The big take away for me - and the thing I've been repeating to everyone - has been about permission. The fact I don't need to worry about "screwing up" because there is no screwing up.

    Laura Chapman

  • After just one session I felt closer to my spirit than I have done in a very long time

  • I’m less fuzzy headed than before I started embodiment practices. More in touch with things - both good and bad. In essence, I feel more 'real'

    Jo Highfield

  • The breath and touch practices are things I've come back to regularly. They've provided a lot of comfort, grounding and support to move through a new chapter

 FAQs

  • Good question! The short answer is that breathwork is an active meditation practice where we bring attention and intention to our breath.

It’s a powerful self-healing practice that allows for deep self-exploration and transformation. The practice reminds us that we hold the capacity within ourselves to change and heal.

Breathwork brings you into your body, helps you to release stuck energy and suppressed emotions, and shift out of old ways of being that no longer allow you to thrive.

Cultures around the world have used the breath as a way to heal and connect - physically, emotionally, and energetically - for millennia. There are many different lineages and practices. Personally, I work with the 3-Part Breath and with Pranayama techniques from the yogic tradition.

  • I mean the work of intentionally unlearning the urgency of capitalism that lives in your body.
I mean reclaiming your capacity to do nothing without feeling guilty about it.
I mean shaking free of the grind of toxic productivity so that you can honour your body’s needs.
I mean recovering your nervous system from burnout and interrogating the things that got you to that level of exhaustion in the first place.

What that looks like on a practical level is a bunch of practices that encourage rest, including restorative yoga, yoga nidra, restful breathwork, and somatic practices that help you regulate your nervous system back to a settled place.

  • This work can be healing, and it can bring new facets of growth and awareness into your therapy sessions, but it’s not therapy. I’m not a therapist.

What I am, however, is someone who is can help you find your way back to yourself. There are many paths to growth and healing. Sometimes just talking about our problems isn’t enough. If you want to start to bring your body into the conversation then I can help you plot a course foward.

  • Nope! However my lens on embodiment is queer af, trans-inclusive, and intersectionally feminist, so I do generally work with women, non-binary folks, and trans babes of all genders.

I take great care to hold spaces that center and celebrate marginalised identities.

  • Whether it’s trauma, body image issues, gender dysphoria, food stuff, addiction – we carry a lot of history in our bodies. Being in relationship with your body can be complex and fraught, full of places that feel unsafe, shut down, or antagonistic.

That’s why my work is trauma-informed and body neutral.

Agency and body autonomy are a given. This space is yours and we go at a pace that feels safe to you.

You are worthy of care and connection no matter what your body has held you through. There isn’t a different set of rules for you, no matter how much you might feel different, isolated, broken, or in need of fixing.

  • I recognise that this is an investment of time, energy and money. There are 3-month and 6-month payment plans available so you can spread the cost.

Getting support with this work is a privilege that I want more folks to have access to. I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible while ensuring that I can support myself and cover my costs.

For every four full-paying clients that I take on I am able to offer one sliding scale place to folks who have less financial resources.

Please contact me to find out if I have any places available or, alternatively, I can add you to my waiting list. No judgement or proof required. Priority will go to those who are disproportionately impacted by institutional and systemic oppression.

  • I work with people in lots of different time zones, and we’re always able to find a way to meet.

  • Amazing, I’m here for it. Book in a discovery call and I’ll see if I can give you an answer!

What’s on the table

This is a co-creation. We each bring something to the table.

You bring yourself.

Commit to the transformative potential of this work and show up.
Practice. Keep practicing.
Be willing to do the work required, and stay open to how things unfold.

I’ll bring twenty years of my own practice, six years of working with clients, countless hours of training and reading and being an incurable dork.

I’ll bring breathwork, rest and embodiment practices, nervous system navigation tools, tarot, ritual, conversation, and very good playlists.

I’ll bring honesty, tenderness, an unwavering belief in your magic, and a fair dose of down-to-earth silliness and joy.

I can’t do the work for you, but I’ll support you every step of the way.
Our co-creation is where the magic happens.
