A little about me

I’m a breathworker, rest teacher and embodiment guide. Which is to say: I help people come home to their body so they can live a life that feels more vibrant, alive, and aligned with the things that matter deeply to them.

My work is rooted in body liberation, intersectional feminism, and connecting and belonging to ourselves, one another, and the earth. It’s political, spiritual, magical work that I’m continually practicing myself.

I’m here for the creatives, the queers, the changemakers, and the weirdos. For rebel babes who want to create a better world, and know that their own life is the best place to start.

 GUIDING PRINCIPLES

These are the golden threads that weave through everything I do.

All bodies are good bodies

Exactly as it says on the tin: bodies of all kinds are celebrated here. Including - especially - queer, trans, fat, disabled, and BIPOC bodies.

Each of us has a complex tangle of history, story, experience, capability, and capacity woven into our body. All of you is welcome here.

Practice and praxis

This work unfolds at its own pace, it’s our job to show up and practice. Each time we do we discover something and with devoted repetition we forge new pathways.

Coming back to yourself is an everyday practice. Embodiment is a skill.

It's lighter than you think

“If I can’t dance I don’t want to be part of your revolution” – Emma Goldman

This is meaningful work but it doesn’t have to be serious. Embracing pleasure, play, and fun as fundamental parts of your life is a massive rebellion to a world that wants you disconnected and joyless.

Our bodies are political

This work doesn’t exist in a glittery bubble detached from the rest of the world. The personal is political. Our bodies, our stories, and our practices are political.

Reconnecting with our bodies is an act of resistance and an important part of unravelling systems of domination and supremacy.

There is no right way

There is no checklist to follow. Perfection isn’t an option. Dogma should be interrogated.

Mistakes, curiosity, and imperfection are part of figuring out what works for you. I can’t tell you The Answers, but I can help guide you as you reacquaint yourself with your inner wisdom.

Queerness and courage

Whether you identify as queer or not, this work invites you to interrogate assumptions and tell uncomfortable truths so you can be fully who you are.

You’ll learn to stay with yourself in discomfort, and step by step bravely learn to walk our own path.
