Ep 07 | Stories That Shape Us with Amelia Donkor
Amelia Donkor and I had a potent conversation about the healing potential of story, imperfectly embodying our values, and finding liberation by being in process.
Talking with Amelia was such a joy. We meandered through the multifaceted ways that storytelling shapes our lives and the world we live in, including self expression, unlearning stories that were never yours, and the vulnerability of using your voice.
